Refund Policy

Important: Axel Labs, LLC does not directly charge customers for products or subscriptions. All charges originate from individual portfolio companies. This page explains where to find the applicable refund policy and how to escalate unresolved disputes to Axel Labs.

1. Refund Terms Are Governed by Each Portfolio Company

Axel Labs, LLC is a holding company. Services, subscriptions, and one-time purchases are provided directly by individual portfolio companies, each of which maintains its own refund and cancellation policy. The applicable policy for any charge you have received is that of the portfolio company that issued the charge.

Please consult the refund policy of the relevant portfolio company in the first instance:

  • ManxFlow — Software and AI development studio. Refund policy available at manxflow.com. Bespoke project and retainer terms are governed by the individual engagement contract.
  • ManxTints — Automotive window tinting. Refund and service terms are available at manxtints.com.

2. Unresolved Billing Disputes — Escalation to Axel Labs

If you have contacted the portfolio company directly and your billing dispute has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to Axel Labs, LLC. We take all unresolved billing complaints seriously and will investigate on your behalf.

How to escalate

  1. Email hello@axellabs.io with the subject line: Billing Dispute — [Portfolio Company Name].
  2. Include your name, the portfolio company involved, a description of the charge, the date of the charge, the amount, and any correspondence you have already had with the portfolio company.
  3. Axel Labs will acknowledge your submission within 2 business days and provide a resolution or update within 7 business days of receipt of all relevant information.

3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have initiated a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please also notify us at hello@axellabs.ioso we can respond appropriately and avoid unnecessary delays. We will cooperate with your bank's dispute resolution process.
