Note: Axel Labs, LLC is a holding company. Services are delivered by individual portfolio companies, each of which publishes its own terms. The terms below govern your relationship with Axel Labs, LLC specifically.

1. Entity Definition

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at axellabs.io(“Site”) and any services provided directly by Axel Labs, LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States of America (“Axel Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Scope — Portfolio Company Services

Axel Labs, LLC is a holding entity. It does not directly sell products or subscriptions to end users. Each portfolio company — including but not limited to ManxFlow and ManxTints — operates as a distinct legal entity or trade name and publishes its own terms of service, privacy policy, and refund policy governing the services it provides.

If you have purchased, subscribed to, or used a service operated by a portfolio company, the applicable terms are those of that portfolio company, not these Terms. Links to each portfolio company's terms are available on their respective websites:

3. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes about Axel Labs and its portfolio. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any manner that violates applicable law or regulation;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site or its related systems;
  • Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or index the Site without our prior written consent;
  • Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.

All content on the Site — including text, design, trademarks, and logos — is the property of Axel Labs, LLC or its portfolio companies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

5. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Axel Labs does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axel Labs, LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content thereon — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Axel Labs' total liability to you for all claims exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100.00).

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including portfolio company sites. Axel Labs does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or practices. Linking does not constitute endorsement.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
